ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ (Punjab Mukh Mantri Sehat Bima Yojana) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਹਰ ਪਾਤਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਚੀਬੱਧ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਾਲ ₹5 ਲੱਖ ਤੱਕ ਦੇ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਨਗਦੀ-ਰਹਿਤ (cashless) ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। Punjab's flagship Sehat Bima Yojana covers surgeries, medical procedures, hospital stay, diagnostics, and post-hospitalization costs across hundreds of empanelled hospitals.
✅ Who Can Apply – Eligibility Criteria
•ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਿਵਾਸੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਜੋ NFSA ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਡ ਧਾਰਕ, ਜੇ-ਫਾਰਮ ਕਿਸਾਨ, ਛੋਟੇ ਵਪਾਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਹਨ। Resident families of Punjab with Smart Ration Card, J-Form farmers, small traders, or yellow card journalists.
•ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਡੇਟਾਬੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਜ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ। Enrolled families in the Punjab Health Insurance Database.

Step 1: shahed.punjab.gov.in ਪੋਰਟਲ 'ਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰੋ ਜਾਂ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਜਾਓ। Verify eligibility on portal or visit local Sewa Kendra.
Step 2: ਈ-ਕੇਵਾਈਸੀ (e-KYC) ਅਤੇ ਫੋਟੋ ਕੈਪਚਰ ਲਈ ਆਧਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਡ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰੋ। Provide Aadhaar and Ration Card for digital e-KYC.
