Mukhyamantri Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana is a welfare scheme launched by the Government of Maharashtra to empower women economically and ensure health and nutritional security. Under this flagship initiative, married, widowed, divorced, deserted, and destitute women residing in Maharashtra aged between 21 and 65 years receive ₹1,500 every month directly in their Aadhaar-linked bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

•Permanent resident woman of Maharashtra aged between 21 and 65 years
•Annual family income must be below ₹2.50 Lakh
•No family member should be a permanent government employee or income tax payer
